USCIS to Issue Employment Authorization and Advance Parole Card for AOS Applicants |

USCIS recently announced that it will be issuing employment and travel authorization on a single card for certain adjustment of status applicants. The card will look very similar to the current employment authorization card, but will include text that reads "Serves as I-512 Advance Parole". Note that the new card will only be issued to applicants that concurrently file Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, and Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.
