Based on recent estimates, USCIS will continue accepting H-1B visa petitions for fiscal year 2010. In the past several years, the numerical "cap" for H-1B visas was reached on the first day of filing eligibility. Any H-1B petitions that were received by USCIS on or before April 7, 2009 will be accepted for processing.
